We advertise internationally, so where you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or the United States, the cookie choices described below apply to you as well. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. ## [Information We Collect](#information-we-collect) - **Contact and booking details** you provide when you enquire or book — such as your name, phone number (via WhatsApp), email, preferred dates, location, and package choices. - **Communications** between you and our team (e.g. WhatsApp messages and emails). - **Usage data** — standard analytics about how visitors use our website (pages viewed, device and browser, referring source), collected via tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. - **Advertising data** — if you allow advertising cookies, the identifier Google adds to the link when you arrive from one of our ads (gclid, gbraid or wbraid), together with the campaign details in the web address. ## [How We Use Your Information](#how-we-use-your-information) - To respond to your enquiry and arrange, confirm and deliver your photoshoot. - To process bookings, payments and add-ons, and to provide your photos. - To improve our website and services. - To send booking-related communications. We do not sell your personal information. - If you allow advertising cookies, to measure which of our ads lead to a real enquiry and to personalise the ads you are shown. ## [Photographs and Image Rights](#photographs-and-image-rights) The use of photographs taken during your session is governed by our [Terms & Conditions](https://flyingartdubai.com/terms). In particular, for residents of GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE), your photographs will **not** be used for promotional purposes, marketing, portfolio, website or social media without your explicit written consent, in compliance with UAE privacy laws. ## [Cookies and Your Choices](#cookies-and-your-choices) We group cookies into three categories, and you decide which of them we may use. - **Strictly necessary** — always on.
